Mehr qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW). Mehr rose quickly into CFO roles within entrepreneurial settings, including Clarasys (a business consultancy) and working as a portfolio CFO, supporting growth within dynamic and innovative VC, PE & privately backed businesses across a range of industries (including professional services, technology, not-for-profit and life sciences). Mehr is Chief Financial Officer at AIM-listed Norman Broadbent (a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm) where she leads the finance, human resources and IT functions.

She is an Advisory Board Member of the Ellyn Uram Kaschak Institute for Social Justice for Women and Girls, Binghamton University, State University of New York.

She has served on the FIA’s Road Safety Advisory Board to advocate for global action against road fatalities, and was the CEO of Walkabout Foundation, overseeing operations and wheelchair distributions in over 20 countries.

Previously, she has served on the board of the Olympic Park Legacy Company/London Legacy Development Corporation, the International Women’s Forum UK, the Sport & Recreation Alliance, the 2017 World Athletic & Parathletic Championships and chaired the Sport Safeguarding Partnership board for six years.
